    This is AMAZING:) for guys trying to understand constructions... frames and simply supportet beams... First start with Trusses:)

    Software you can make visual understanding by playing is free and it is called Goya!

    and play with directions and magnetudes of the forces to see the reactons, streses etc... It is visual and so so nice;) Cheers for guys who want to do structure:)

    Please put more materials about streght, structure, mechanics. So we can understand better, how to estimate qualitative how the structure behaves, and then to simplify it and calculate it quantative before going to Finite Elements software.. This is good to know what kind of thickneses profile you want to use for fundaments of equipment on board of ship, and does the frames of the ship will resist and distribute the loading so it cannot break the sheets, the frames and the construction - Ship....
