    I Am Looking For A Full Time Ship/boat Design Certificate Or Deploma Course.any Suggestion?

    The Landing School, see www.landingschool.org, which will get you a certificate in small craft design. They take foreign students from all over the world.

    Otherwise, go to college and get a degree in naval architecture. This will get you an engineering degree which will do you a lot more good than just a design certificate, particularly if you want to go into ship design.

    You might want to look at the Marine Institute of Memorial University in Newfoundland. Check their website at http://www.mi.mun.ca/
