Personal Statement for Studies

Good morning.

At the moment I am working on completing the applications for Uni's (Sep. 2011 entry year.)
There is one problem. Stucked in personal statement.
  • BSc Degree in Naval Architecture
  • IELTS
  • 6 month employement on Maersk Operations Dept.
  • ECDL CAD 2D-3D
  • intention to pursue a career of marine engineer tech. dept.

What I should include in the statement?
Maybe pay some institution to write it for me?

Some University mention what to include in the statement and the words limitations. In general to get idea you can look here
