MS in UK or US

i am new to this site..........
I am a graduate from india majoring in Marine Technology.

now i am interested in doing Masters........im planning to go for MS in Naval Architecture either in US or UK

Can someone guide on choosing a good college with affordable fees.....

actually i got conditional offers from New castle university and strathclyde....
are they are good.........

your suggestions are welcomed..........
