Looking for Oortmerssen power prediction

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right forum, but it is for school so it seemed fitting. I am looking for the paper by Oortmerssen that is referenced in the Hullspeed software. I have a copy of the journal on order through an inter-library loan, but that could take several days and I would really like it sooner. I was hoping somebody had a pdf copy sitting on their hard drive.

I would also be interested in the article that references the Holtrop method, but I'm not positive which one that is.
