Courses to suit experienced boatbuilder

I am a boat builder with 15 years experience in the field.

I am looking to expand my knowledge through courses on either boat design or production management / running a boat building factory.

I am working for a successful company but there are no procedures or best practise in place which leads to general inefficiency, missed deadlines, unhappy customers etc. I would like to learn such things and attempt to implement some of them in to our workplace.

Is anyone aware of any courses that exist that would suit my needs?

I am living and working in Sydney and so the course would either have to exist here or via the internet/open uni

Thank you very much in advance for your help,

Kind Regards,

Ryan
