Course for boats knowledge?

I'm 30 years old and this month I'll be finish with the faculty of economy. So I'm searching for next education.

Many years I already watch and read many about boats. But I want more practical (technical) knowledge.
Can you advice me, where can I find all over the world institution, which offer short courses from few months to one year for boat education (maybe with main stress on interior boat designs).
Because, I want to acquire boats knowledge.
