Collaborative Design / Yacht Design Competition (Idea Stage)

Paul has proposed the initial steps for either a collaborative design and/or a yacht design competition, depending on how this evolves in the coming month(s). If you might be interested in taking part, please have a look at this thread.

Over the coming weeks the exact focus of the project will be defined, so any ideas and feedback are appreciated. We will of course feature any work, entries, and outcome on Boat Design Net (currently 330,000 page views per month) so in addition to the fun of taking part, we can offer a little bit of publicity/free advertising too.

I think this could be quite interesting and am excited to see if enough people will be interested in getting involved in one form or another. Again, input and ideas are appreciated.
