In early 2000 Rousso launched X3D Technologies Corporation, the Worldwide leader in 3D technology. Rousso’s numerous inventions and “out of the box” thinking are responsible for over 100 patents worldwide. He must have travelled extensively and experienced diverse cultures. Given that, why did he choose to settle in the US?

He is probably an idiot savant, you know very skilled in one thing. He might be without any native ability or sensitivity toward cultural matters...kind of like you and social skills.
By the way, they do offer courses in cultural sensitivity. I would suggest you take one.
