Any info on the boatbuilding schools in Washington state?

Hi. My husband, family and I are planning to move to Washington state, specifically Olympia. He is looking into Bates Technical Community College. Does anyone know if their boatbuilding course is good? I know there are some great private schools there, but they are so expensive.
Any info would be appreciated.
TIA,
Valerie

I have been looking in the same area for a school , and NW Boat School seems to have a good program. Their link is www.nwboatschool.org

You might also have a look at the Silva Bay boatbuilding school
on Gabriola Island BC. Their costs are lower than the NWSWBB
