Newbie need help!!!

So I have been thinking alot about building my own motor, and have been looking at alot of designs. Here is a link to harbor frieght for a 6.5 hp motor for a great price. My main question is which design would be the easiest to build with this motor, or would this motor work at all?

In my opinion it would be Thai look a like. Check out the thread about the thai long tail design ...
