DEUTZ 500hp 500 rpm

Gents,
i will remove from a boat 2 DEUTZ RT8M 222 , 500HP at 500rpm, direct drive, year 1953, probably 8/9 tonne each.. with lot of spare part, both engine running well, just arrive from europe to singapore, is somebody interested by ?? it's a pity to scrapp such nice antique marine engine..

It is indeed, the annual fishing boat race up the thames, was always won by a Lowestoft trawler with a 300 deutz at300 rpm,
Wish I could afford the fuel to run a pair, and I would build to fit around em. why did you remove them?

we start next week to dismantle, i will store in singapore for the time bein..
you have a dinghy to re-motorise ?

twin bebe, it's a shame to remove, but we remotorise with cat.. i'm sure somewhere some boat with same engine are looking for spare for those "diplodocus" monster.... (refit of the ex minesweeper sistership of the JY cousteau vessel, calypso)

I,ll give you 3000 for them USA, but you must store undercover, I dont want em pulled to bits, sacrilage, and the shafts couplings and screws, extra
