correct loading of engine using CPP

LWL 49', full displacement, troller type hull.
4 bladed 850mm controllable pitch propeller.
Hydraulic stabilizers, anchor, air conditioning powered by the main engine, emergency sail plan (or can be used as "motorsailer").

Projected power requirements CALM CONDITIONS at DWL (67,515 lb) and at 2” loading (73,144 lb) :
V/L ... Knots ... HP at DWL ... HP at 2” loading
1 .......... 6.84 ...........12.3 ................13.3
1.1 ...... 7.53 ........... 18.9 ................ 20.5
1.15 .... 7.87 ........... 23.2 ................ 25.1
1.2 ...... 8.21 ........... 30.1 ................ 32.6
1.25 .... 8.55 ........... 40.3 ................ 43.6
1.3 ...... 8.9 ............. 54.6 ................ 59.2
1.35 ... 9.24 ............ 74.2 ................ 80.4

The engine is a Deutz BF6M1013MC (same as the Volvo D7A-TA).

Engine Volvo D7A-TA , 177 HP @ 1900 RPM, see data on http://vppneuapps.volvo.com/ww/PIE/ViewFileFrame.aspx?n=189947&r=2009-02-09-16-00-17&t=PDF1P&a=7748598&p=T416&d=Product[/url] Bulletins&s=236392&id=2533&lang=en-GB

Will it be possible to load this engine correctly at V/L speed using the CPP in calm conditions?

Does anyone have data on how much power requirements increase with increase in seastate, i.e if going from calm conditions at 1.1 V/L to 1.1 V/L in seastate 6, how much extra HP is needed?

Regards Singleprop
