can anyone explain , in simple lingo, what a closed planer loop is, , I can not seem to make a surface here

A closed planar loop is a set of connected points (closed means the first point is connected to the last point) all in the same plane. Like a circle or a rectangle for example.

well a warped , entity like a boat topside, Martin, CAN NEVER BE ON ONE PLANE, LESS ITS A BARGE, scuse caps, and danke

That's correct.
Warped and planar are contradictionary.
