Does anyone have seen any research papers with proving that software produced by Flowtech (Shipflow) give the most accurate result when we compare it with the experiment result?.

Nobody has: it is impossible to "prove" that.

Why do you want to ignore work where Shipflow produces terrible estimates of "standard" models like Series 64 monohulls and catamarans?

Abbott used Shipflow to predict the resistance and squat of a (modified) Series 64 monohull and catamaran.
He had great difficulties in getting sensible converged results, and was advised by Shipflow that the large transom stern was the cause.
Eventually, he had to run Shipflow in "linear" mode to avoid the problem.
