| Transfer Files from Maxsurf Hi, A friend wants to send me a maxsurf file for a boat. Since I do not have Maxsurf, how can I open this file in Freeship? through Polycad, Archimedes? any idea? Thanks Best Regards APP |

| ask him to export the maxsurf files as IGES format and open it in Rhino, then export the file from rhino as VRML formal , then import this VRML file in Free!ship.

| you may try their Trail version which allow 25 times saving of design work.

| APP I would try going through Polycad as it imports of both dxf and iges both are exports from maxsurf. I think Polycad is free. |
