Time required to achieve full ship design

Hello all,

Does anyone know how much time and how many architects it took to achieve a complete design of a ship with all its calculations in the last 20 years?
also
How much time it takes and how many architects to achieve a complete design of a ship with all its calculations nowadays using any software.
Sure I'm talking about the design offices and big ship yards.

Thank you
