| Standard library parts Is there a particular place where 3d models of particular parts and equipment are saved? Ive looked at the blocks on this site but they are not very extensive. I know we will be building most of our library but i was hoping there was a place, (rather than talking to the manufacturers) where we could download files such as engines, generators, gearboxes, valves etc... is there such a library of ship type components that we could purchase? |

| Hi Stephen, I'm not aware of any marine specific cad libraries but here are a couple of links to general engineering cad libraries where you might find something of value. I think both are free to download files from. www.tracepartsonline.net www.3dcontentcentral.com Cheers Splint |
