Stability software (3D visual)

I am looking for some stability analysis software for boats. Must have:

1. 3D visual (shows stability affects of 3D boat on calm water)
2. Good price
3. Ability to import neutral CAD files (.igs, .dxf, .x_t, and so on)

Another feature, but not a requirement would be to display wave simulations (up to 2 meter waves).

A tool that can examine the stability of a range of boat sizes would be ideal, but I am mostly working with small boats at this time.
