| In autocad (or bricscad, a low cost alternative I sell) you can try the commande PE for PEDIT, polyline edit, then Join. You can join all lines ånd arcs to one polyline if they ære connected or within a tolerance you specify. |

| Suggestion: If the desired output from Rhino is a DXF file with lines and arcs, first convert any splines to polylines using the Convert command before exporting or saving as a .dxf file. The Output option of Lines results in line segments only. The Output option of Arcs results in arcs (and line segments where the original curve is sufficiently straight). The Angle Tolerance and Tolerance options allow control over how close the converted curves are to the original curve. The tradeoff is tighter tolerances result in more lines segments and/or arcs. The results can then be checked for errors before exporting.

| It's also possible to control during the export/save as process how curves are exported/saved from Rhino as .dxf files. After selected .dxf as the file type and clicking save another window will pop up asking what scheme to use. Different schemes have different options for saving surfaces and curves. Near the bottom of that window will be a "edit scheme" button. Click on that button and a window will open which will have some tabs at the top. Click on the curve tab and there will be options of how various types of lines and curves should be exported. There are also fields to change the tolerances.
