Propeller using Rhino 3D

Hi folks.
Anyone know where to start drawing the propleller on the following link using Rhino 3D?

Here’s a thread where I asked much the same question. The other is a link to Neil’s tutorial page, it may help you. I did mime differently. I started to write a tutorial and found it was easier for me to draw one than to explain how I did it.
