| Problem with Workshop (Shell expansion dwg) Hello everyone, I have a bad problem with using workshop-shell expansion process as in the image below... How can i solve this problem? please help me ![]() |

| It is the same problem I had about a 1 1/2 year ago with version 13. Formsys told me it was a bug in their program. Now I use version 15 and the problem has been solved for 90%. The best way to go is to contact them Regards Fred |

| i also use the 15 and i see workshop not that much good for such work.. yah do what VDFred suggested.

| Hi, This is usually caused by either expansion not being done at highest precision or an incorrectly trimmed model. The expansion is calculated by stepping round the girth of all visible trimmed surfaces (from the baseline). So if the visibtility or the trimming is incorrect you may get an expansion as displayed. It would be best to send the model through to support@formsys.com and I will be able to give you more specific advice. Cheers, Dougal |
