problem with hydromax

I am a student of naval engineering, I am doing a project for a chemical tanker, I have the following problem:

I designed the hull with Maxsurf, but when I open the design with hydromax loadcase box doesn't appear displayed points, took a week trying to solve my problem but nothing.

If the load case window is in front, and the design is open, Choose New Load Case from the File menu.

Hydromax (Large Angle Stability)

Good Day Formsys

is it the application of hydromax (Large Angle Stability) is suitable to be apply to the 12 meter of fibre or wood craft.

Yes, Hydromax should work fine for that. Really you can use Hydromax for almost any kind of hull shape.
