oil tanker oscillations

    Hello

    I need help in calculating the pitch and vertical oscillations (coupled) of a oil tanker that is moored to a buoy with a rigid arm in Sea State 5 on beaufort scale

    Software that can help me finish the project on time would be helpful (free or easy to find), I already started to calculate in excel but it is very difficult

    I waiting for any suggestions
