New Wave Systems not answering e-mails

I have New Wave Systems software, and its owner isn't answering e-mails, which is a problem because every time you have to reinstall the software, you have to get a number from them to unlock it. I have been trying for over a month to get one of these numbers, because I have been having computer problems and finally replaced Vista with XP. Beware Vista on HP computers-but that's another story.

I went trough the same i just gave him a call and had my new unlock code right away. no problems he helped me right away

Call him. I've sent emails for weeks and never got a answer. Called him and got my code in few minutes.
