Westlawn is a distance learning program. There is no on-site classes. Go look at their website. There are also mountains of threads on the program if you search these forums.

Go to formsys.com and get a hold of their student version of Maxsurf. You can also get download some sample plans here http://www.cncmarine.com.au/FreeBoatPlans.htm to see what can be done using Maxsurf and Inventor.
