The free demo of SigmaNEST sounds good, but after the free demo is over the cost to buy the software is not just "a bit more" but more like $5000-$25000. (http://autodeskcatalog.com/2010/12/1...nest-software/) This price puts it far out of range for either the casual or low volume user.

I like to recommend NestProfessor if you are looking for a nesting software, we use it for Plasma cutting and Trumpf punch machine , it is really good for us.

you can visit their website www.nestprofessor.com to download a trial version.
