Nedd help with ASTM for USCG inclining exp on T boat

The USCG MSC Guidelines for review of inclining experiment cite ASTM Guide F-1321-90 as reference. I intend to submit my plan for review and do the experiment myself without a PE or NA. I've studied several old reports and plan to copy them. However I cannot locate a copy of ASTM F-1321-90. Where can I get a copy without buying it?

Thanks for your reply Ed. I followed your instructions and learned that the ASTM paper on inclining experiment is 29 pages long and sells for $45.00! That's a pretty steep price. Is it a 'how-too" manual?
