Naval designer

I'm looking for new software package called: "Naval Designer" or close to that.
I think I saw it somerwhere in the forum or an attached link.
Can anyone help?

Naval Designer Web site has been translated in english a few days ago.
The software is already in US (ou UK) english... But you will have to wait for a few weeks for a good translation of the documentation.

Speaking French is something different then reading technical French. This simplifies things.
