Michlet input data

Does anyone can tell me in the input file of Michlet, what is that 'displacement'/'length'/'draft' meaning?

Is that meaning:
displacement - displacement of the ship
length - length of waterline
draft - draught of vessel?

In the spline input data file, the latest point of section should be the on the waterline or on the depth? we only need input the part under the waterline or should input the whole section?
Where is the position to input the longitudinal position of the each section?
