Maxsurf scaling/moving

so, i made this boat design as my first attempt in Maxsurf, and now i realized that i made it accidentally bigger than my sketch on paper, so now i want to rezise it. but i cannot find a re-sizing command anywhere, and as i atttempted to rescale it in autocad, the boat is misplaced when impoerted again.

any help appreciated
