| Looking for layered manufacturing software I'm seeking software that generates exportable profile patterns (cross-sectional contours) of an object rendered in 3 space. I know an old woodworker who would appreciate the ability to build projects out of laminations of plywood similar to layered manufacturing or rapid prototyping, except without a CNC router or a 3D printer. Any ideas? Thanks from Michigan.  |

| Rhino and the command Section. Or AutoCAD/Bricscad. Section your 3D model and send the 2D profiles to cnc cutting. |
