I don't know exactly what you intend to do but have you can convert to blocks and then modify the X, Y Z scales. Then you can EXPLODE the blocks to have the individual entities.

best is, make a 3D model from your lines and then lengthen or widen the model using rhino or maxsurf or other softswares and recreate Lines .
If u dont want to create 3D model it will be hard to lengthen or widen because you have to work through control points, and there may be a lot of control points you need to move to produce a fair lines again ,,

This may sound dumb (or discouraging), but the best way is to know beforehand which consequence that has. Then decide about the way to draw it.

Follow the following steps - capitals for command names - (the results will depend on how your hull is defined):
- if your lines drawing is defined as 3D objects
BLOCK
name the block with a coonvenient name
select all objects in the drawing
select 0,0,0 as your base point
click OK
INSERT
put the block name
select 0,0,0 as your insertion point
put the desired xyz scales
click OK
EXPLODE
select the inserted block
you should have the lines modified now

- if your geometry is defined by horizontal (waterlines), vertical (stations) and longitudinal (buttocks and profile) sections you shall apply the previous process to each projection.

Hope I was able to explain...

Regards.
