| Without specific details, I think this thread will simply be a duplication of what will be said elsewhere. How about continuing the discussion at either Best Marine Design Software for Hull Modeling? (2010) or Best Free or Low Cost Marine Design Software? (2008-2010) (which also include a linked list of software, functioning as our catch-all software threads -- and also see the links to previous years' versions of those threads for more general software discussion and suggestions.). Or to the Original Poster - please post specific requirements and budget, what you already have experience with, exactly what you're looking to design, etc. so people can offer you better specific recommendations. |
