| Hull testing software Hello all, newbie here. I am looking for information on simulation software suitable to test planing pontoon boat hulls. I am not so concerned in regards to actual drafting packages, as I already design in Keycreator, but rather the ability to import cad data and test for "real world" performance, i.e. drag, planing characteristics etc.... I can ouput almost any CAD file format (IGS, DXF,STP,Parasolid. Is there any one software that stands in regards to this criteria? If so, is it available in demo form (or free) to try out? Thanks in advance.  |
