Geodetic lines and relationality

I am looking for a software that will help me to plan every single detail on structure of boats up to 40 feet.
I like multisurf for it's relationality and geodetic lines but it does not help with bill of materials, assemblies, etc....
Really important to me relationality ,geodetic lines and components. (line alway normal to surface?)
Does anybody know anything could help me?
