Fastship 6.1.29 setup

Hello,

I am trying to install fastship 6.1.29 on a Windows XP sp2 machine and the error I am getting is:
"Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A
program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your
support personnel or package vendor."
I have already checked Microsoft's website for any indication of problems
but had no luck.
Any ideas why this error message is occurring?
