| electricity consumption software Hi, I am looking for software that calculates the electricity consumption of a complex vessel under various circumstances. I cannot find find anything on the web. Looking in the wrong place? Can anyone help. Regards Lex |

| Make yourself a excel spread sheet. Put every run, cable size and load at end. I also pyramid cable tags to be put later. I do one for ac. And one for DC, then match it to panels |

| Are you interested in "live" consumption (e.g. battery monitoring etc.) or predicted consumption? For predicted consumption, I would follow mydauphin's advice. For "live" consumption, there are a range of solutions for ship-board "soft switches" which incorporate power monitoring. This kit, of course, requires power. Tim B.
