Designed a boat, what next?

Dear everyone,

I've finished designing my small model boat in Rhino and I'm now wondering how to create the jigs in real life, I suppose this is a software and construction problem. How do I create the frames/jig for my boat like seen in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odMDPYqLvn0 ?

Also when I am done making those (If someone can help me) will I need a CNC machine to cut the frames out of plywood or will i be able to print out an outline and trace it onto wood?

Any help is really appreciated, I've tried looking but can't find any threads that can help me.

Thanks
