Design software for plywood construction

Looking for ideas on what software would be well suited to design small plywood rowing and sailing craft. Easy to learn and inexpensive are important attributes to me. Thankyou

Carene is pretty good too, and if you pay the 35 (pounds Sterling) it will allow you to do up to 20 chines and make them lapped planks too. You can directly import it into FreeShip and play with it some more there.
