Dawson code for ship and Problem of shipflow

I am a student , now reasearch in hydrofoil (crafts) hydrodynamics .I'd love to get hold of a Dawson code .
On the way , I find that Shipflow can not deal with the hydrofoils with Frc =v/sqr(g*c)>>1(eg Frc=4,5.... ).
who can help me ?
