Centerline/section discrepancy in CAD

3D Boat Design and Delftship quirk.

I have noticed when transferring a boat hull lines drawing from 3d Boat Design and or Delftship to Autocad via DXF file and then to a DWG, file a discrepancy of location of centerline in the plan and section views appears. When zooming in on a section at any station the section is off center from the centerline about .00012" or so. This is vanishingly small and not measurable in construction but when drawing with the precision of Autocad it is disconcerting. In addition it appears the sections are also very slightly asymmetrical by about the same amount.

Has anyone encountered this phenomenon and if so has anyone found a fix?
