cad program

hello every body
i need a cad program that can manage my part list when i have a nest drawing in such a way that help me to have parts weight and cutting length.
my parts are 2d cad drawing.
if you have please help me.

There are so many... One usually uses the one you are familiar with and that suits your pocket.

Do a search for software, some have special features etc for boats.

I'm sure many of them will have a nesting function.

If you look at using a nesting function only, why don't you google around for a nesting stand alone. You may even get a freeware one.

If you are using autocad you could write a lisp or vba program that adds up the area and perimeter of each object in the nest.
