    Sweep2, MatchSfr and MergeSfr are very useful for this.

    Raggi,
    I find MatchSrf useful, too. I admit freely to drawing the stem profile I want, extruding it straight sideways, and doing a matchsrf with the ghosted hull. Alternatively, if the previous method is fugly, extrude the "fakie" surface, and then blend from the trimmed hull.

    Sorry about the spelling of commands :)
    Have you tried using AutoCAD after Rhino?
    You start typing commands and wait for the program to finnish...

    I just had a workshop for a company drawing ships with bulbous bows.
    Then we found it easy to revolve the profile of the bow a few degrees and then MatchSrf it with the paralell midship section and then nudge a few points to adjust.

    I find going back to Rhino after AutoCAD the worst. All my ACAD commands are one or two characters (have been using these since Rev 6, and too lazy to change) Rhino doesn't recognise "Z" for "Zoom", etc.

    ZE = Zoom Extents.
    I think you can add your own aliases in the Options dialog.
