| Best Software for Designing Multihulls? I saw all the polls for best software and best free software, but I also saw that multihull designers had some difficulty. What, then, is the best software for multihull design? Ideally, I'd like to calculate hydrostatic, loads, drag, etc... Thanks!  |

| I have no problems using Rhino v3 and Rhinomarine. Updating them Rhino 4 and Orca3D soon (already tested). I also use Michlet to evaluate hydrodynamics. Loads are from first principle mechanics or ISO standards. You could also use FEM.
