Autoship "Model Maker" problem

i was practicing Model Maker of Autoship package. Following the Autohydro manual, the first tutorial MYBARGE.GF1 was my target. But in page 22 , making shaped component 2 i am getting problem though following exactly the manual.
i have attached the picture and manual page.

what wrong i did? is there any numerical value inconsistent?

i was using model maker 7.

much better if u draw these line in autocad and import in modelmaker
