Hi Pavel,
Calculating lightship always takes time and patience. The guys at Proteus made a plug-in for Rhino that helps tag items in your model with weight information for exporting to Excel.

PAvel are you an student? or just crazy for boats?

Yes, is called spreadsheet.....Excel or any spreadsheet, there is no software that can do such for you all of them requires your input some software can help you organize the weights but no to the point that you are "flying" (going fast) trough the process you still need to work on it, also you need to have and idea of what are you building you need to know your structure and general arrangement so you know what is installed onboard so you are able to locate them and obtain the preliminary CG.

I thik everyone use a spreadsheet but again you need to have an idea beforehand of what you are building and how.

This is what you are looking for:

TouchCAD comes with an integrated weight / center of gravity calculator, where you specify the point weight or weight per area unit of each object or panel used in the model. This can at any time be evaluated in terms of weight and center of gravity, either for any number of selected objetcs, or complied in an integrated spreadsheet. This spreadsheet can be printed, or exaported to for example Excel.
