| Any drawbacks of ShipConstructor? Hi, we're considereing buying ShipConstructor. Can you tell me any drawbacks? We will use it for outfitting and hull design based on AutoCAD curves. We will also use it for nesting and manufacturing. Thanks. |

| It is very powerful but not an easy click and play program that is for sure... download demo and try it out yourself...

| It is a very temperamental program that can be pretty tough to learn. It has fairing tools, but isn't really a purpose built hull design program. Excellent for structural design and piping. |

| I like it because I know AutoCAD from 20 years of use. If you are new to AutoCAD it will be a lot to learn. |
