Alibre

Has anyone had any experience with Alibre? It advertises as 3D design and 2D drafting software and can be had for under $200. I would like to know if it is usable for marine related designing and if it is worth it. This is not a troll or an advert...I am curious for my own purposes to see if anyone else has dealt with it and their impressions of it.
