after having a dxf file from maxsurf academic

dear all;
I want to know that;; if i export a dxf file of the hull form of a ship from maxsurf academic; by which process i can draw the full 3d model of the ship( including the all super structures decks; ect) by exporting the dxf file to any cad system?

specially i want to know which cad software will be easy for me as I am not efficeint in Autocad .
I want some intellactual seggesions from the wise members of this forum.
I also want some advice for having a good GA plan(genral arrangement plan) after having the hull form(dxf); from maxsurf academic.
